This 2-hour mini-retreat is your opportunity to return to your body through somatic movement, conscious connected breathwork, and a deeply immersive sound healing experience.
Led by Energy Alchemist Marivel Macias—a breathwork facilitator, Reiki Master Teacher, sound healer, and yoga instructor—this session blends grounding movement with deep diaphragmatic breathing and soulful guidance. You’ll experience emotional release, nervous system reset and recalibration, mental clarity, and integration through a soothing sound bath featuring a variety of instruments.
Open to men, women, and teens, this journey welcomes both beginners and seasoned practitioners. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more in tune with your body.
