  • Payment details for processing transactions

  • Health and medical history (only if voluntarily provided for class safety)

  • Attendance records and class participation details

  • To communicate important updates regarding classes, schedules, or policies

Terms & Conditions

OASIS Semi-Private Training & Studio Policy

Welcome to OASIS Wellness Collective. Our semi-private training program is designed to create a supportive, structured, and empowering environment. By participating in our services, you agree to the following terms:
 

1. Membership Commitment & Attendance
  • A 3-month minimum commitment is required to begin semi-private training.

  • After the initial 3 months, you may cancel anytime with a 14-day written notice prior to your next billing cycle.

  • All participants must be 18 years or older, or have parental consent.

  • Memberships, sessions, and payments are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating these terms.
     

2. Booking & Scheduling
  • All sessions must be booked at least 12 hours in advance.

  • Consistent scheduling is encouraged to support your progress and accountability.
     

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 12 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Late cancellations or missed sessions within the 12-hour window will be forfeited.
     

4. Missed Sessions & Make-Up Policy

  • For pre-planned absences, you may receive one week of session credit per billing cycle.

  • A minimum of 7 days notice is required to qualify.

  • Credits must be used within the same billing month, before your next billing cycle.

  • All make-up sessions are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
     

5. Membership Pause

  • You may request one pause of up to 30 days per 6-month period.

  • A minimum of 14 days notice is required.

  • Your billing cycle will resume after the pause period ends.
     

6. Health & Safety

  • Participation in physical activity carries inherent risks. By attending, you confirm that you are physically able to participate.

  • It is your responsibility to inform instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns prior to sessions.

  • OASIS Wellness Collective is not liable for injuries sustained during training.
     

7. Class & Session Policies

  • Late arrivals may not be admitted once the session has started.

  • We reserve the right to modify schedules, coaches, or session formats as needed.
     

8. Code of Conduct

  • Respect for coaches, staff, and fellow members is expected at all times.

  • Any disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior may result in termination of membership without refund.
     

9. Liability Waiver

By attending and participating in any OASIS Wellness Collective services, you release OASIS, its owners, instructors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your participation.
