A Seasonal Celebration of Release, Renewal & Connection
As the Harvest Moon rises, we welcome the shift into autumn—a season of reflection, release, and gathering. Just as nature lets go of what no longer serves, we, too, are invited to breathe deeply, move with intention, and create space for new beginnings.
Join us for an evening of soulful yoga under the glow of the moon, a calming meditation to ground into the season, and the warmth of sound healing vibrations. We’ll close by raising a glass of wine in community, celebrating the abundance of this season and the beauty of shared connection.
