The Healing Power of Sound is an immersive workshop where the principles of vibrational medicine come to life. Nell-e begins with a short talk, weaving science, spirituality, and experiential knowledge. The group is led into a meditative state. Nell-e activates the crystal bowls, their luminous tones shimmering through the air like ripples across water. Deep, grounding pulses from Tibetan bowls follow, anchoring the frequencies. Gentle percussion instruments stir the space, clearing stagnation and preparing the field for deeper integration.
