Yoga has been one of my greatest teachers on this journey. It has shown me that I am capable. Practicing yoga inversions, in particular, teaches you so much about yourself and your body. You learn how to fall, how to fail, and how to get back up — it humbles you and helps you grow.
Inversions are for everyone, at any age, as long as your mind is open. When you’re upside down, everything else fades away: bills, chores, work, stress — gone. All that matters is your breath, your balance, your core, and the present moment.
