1. Membership & Attendance
By attending Oasis Wellness Collective onsite classes, you agree to abide by the following terms:
All participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
Memberships, class passes, and payments are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating these terms.
2. Health & Safety
You acknowledge that participation in physical activities carries inherent risks. By attending, you confirm that you are physically able to participate.
It is your responsibility to inform instructors of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns before class.
Oasis Wellness Collective is not liable for injuries sustained during classes.
3. Class Policies
Late arrivals may not be admitted after class has started.
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of session fees.
We reserve the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or locations as needed.
4. Code of Conduct
Respect for instructors, staff, and fellow members is expected at all times.
Disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior may result in termination of membership without a refund.
5. Liability Waiver
By attending classes, you release Oasis Wellness Collective, its owners, instructors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your participation.
Personal Property Disclaimer
The facility is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Participants are solely responsible for securing their personal items.
