OASIS Semi-Private Membership Agreement
3-Month Commitment
Minimum 3-month agreement to allow time for real results.
Monthly Auto-Pay
Memberships are billed monthly on your start date.
Month-to-Month After 3 Months
After the first 3 months, cancel anytime with 14 days’ notice.
Early Termination Fee
$150 fee if canceling before completing the 3-month commitment (unless special circumstances apply).
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance or will be forfeited.
Membership Freeze Option
One freeze allowed during the 3 months, for up to 2 weeks (with approval).
