About the Event
Join us for a special two hour community class dedicated to supporting Vietnam during a time of immense loss. The recent floods have taken lives, destroyed homes, and left entire regions struggling to rebuild. This event invites us to come together in movement, breath, and compassion to offer meaningful relief.
This class blends an energizing Vinyasa AND gentle flow with the grounding vibrations of Tibetan sound bowls, creating a healing space where our collective intention and contributions can support families in need.
This cause is close to our hearts because Vietnam is where our roots began. Even from afar, seeing the devastation has been deeply emotional, and we are grateful for the chance to give back through our community.
